Remember the buzz this summer when Oscar Mayer announced it was changing the name of it's most famous vehicle? Well, that didn't last long. Oscar Mayer is bringing back the Wienermobile!
The hot dog maker announced it is returning the name for its famous vehicle after it rebranded it to the Frankmobile in May. The rebrand was to spotlight Oscar Mayer's new 100-percent Beef Franks, and it apparently it wasn't forever.
This week, the company said it's time to bring back the original name.
In a post on social media, Oscar Mayer said, "It's been a frank-tastic summer! But like you, we missed this BUNderful icon."
The company first debuted the Wienermobile all the way back in 1936.
