Your Next Smartwatch Could Be Powered By Sweat!
Researchers at a university in Singapore are showing off their newest invention; a thin battery that converts sweat into electricity. The battery is just .8 inches square and can turn two milliliters of sweat into 20 hoursβ worth of electricity.
Itβs attached to a stretchy sweat-absorbent band that can be worn around the wrist or upper arm.
The best part? The new battery doesnβt have any heavy metals or toxic chemicals.
