After witnessing a customer treat a McDonald’s worker terribly, a kind-hearted woman stepped in to help.
Feroza Syed, a real estate broker in Atlanta, was in the drive-thru when the man in the car ahead of her threw a soda at the employee because “it wasn’t what he wanted.” When Syed pulled ahead, she found the worker covered in soda and crying. Syed shared the man’s license plate number and offered to contact police, but then she went above and beyond to help the pregnant employee.
She started an gofundme for her, as well as a baby registry. Donations have poured in, raising over $3,000, according to Syed’s Facebook update.
Syed says, “I don’t want the misconception that she needed it. It was something we did out of the kindness of our hearts to make somebody have a good day after a bad situation.”
