If you have done much overseas traveling and dropped into a McDonald’s in another country you have found out very quickly that the menu does not look familiar! The usual suspects of Big Macs, fries and Coke are almost always on the menu, but here are some very bizarre menu items that may blow your mind.
- Bacon, Macaroni And Cheese Toastie – found in Hong Kong, this is an unhealthy combination of juwat what it sounds like. A bacon-finused mac and cheese onto a sandwich.

- Poutine – this Canadian specialty consists of french fries covered in gravy and cheese curds, but Mickey D’s version doesn’t measure up to good old U.S. fries
- Mashed Potato Burger – from China and is exactly as it sounds
- Cadbury Crème Egg McFlurry –available in Australia, Canada and the U.K. and is vanilla soft serve topped with egg fondand sause and chocolate pieces. Sounds like an item we need here in the U.S.!
