An Amazon driver made the best delivery of all recently when he saved a family's dog from drowning while delivering packages on his route.
John Cassabria was making deliveries in Woburn, Massachusetts when he saw 14-year-old Luka struggling to swim in a backyard pool. Without any hesitatoin, he jumped in to save him. not even stopping to take his phone, watch, or wallet out.
Luka's owner, Julie Caldwell, says Luka doesn’t swim because of issues with his hind legs and he wouldn’t have lasted long in the pool without Cassabria’s help.
Caldwell sent a letter to Amazon’s CEO Jeff Bezos. “Words cannot express how grateful we are to him,” it reads. “Luka is doing fine thanks to your wonderful and courageous employee.”
