Miami-Dade Commissioner Raquel Regalado is hosting a community meeting tonight on the Coconut Grove Playhouse renovation that has been plagued with problems.First there was a partial collapse during demolition at the historic site and then vandals hit the property, but Regalado says security has been beefed up. She says the problems have not slowed construction and the Playhouse is still on target to open to the public in the Spring of 2027. The historic ninety-eight-year-old building has been closed for nearly two decades.
