Police in Boca Raton have released the name of the officer involved in a deadly shooting last week.
The city's police department has identified the officer as Michael Super but isn't offering any details about his time with the agency or any more details about the December 18th shooting.
Police have said it happened during an encounter between the officer and the male victim who was identified as 39-year old Morey Clemmons along Second Avenue between Second Street and Palmetto Park Road.
No information has been given as to what led to Officer Super discharging his weapon.
