Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz is ready to introduce the TPS Review Act next week-- this following yesterday's Supreme Court ruling allowing Temporary Protected Status for Syrians and Haitians to end
"The bill that I will introduce will enshrine judicial review and congressional review of any TPS termination initiated by a president," the Congresswoman said.
She adds that it would also allow TPS recipients and organizations to sue for protections.
White House Border Czar Tom Homan says TPS was always meant to be temporary.
