A second case of measles has been confirmed at Wellington High School.
The principal emailed parents to notify them that the person who contracted this latest case lives in the same household as the first person reported less than two weeks ago.
Health officials contend that neither patient was on campus while they were contagious.
These are the first confirmed cases of measles in Palm Beach County since the year 2000.
