Carly Pearce Covers One Of Dolly Parton's Most Iconic Songs Of All Time

Carly Pearce covered one of the most iconic Dolly Parton songs of all time when she paid tribute to the beloved legend during a recent performance.

Earlier this year, Pearce took the stage at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. She covered “Jolene” with a Parton-inspired microphone that was unveiled as part of the Grand Ole Opry’s 100th anniversary in 2025. A video shared on Ryman’s official Instagram and TikTok accounts on Tuesday (July 15) shows the moment Pearce “paid tribute to one of her greatest heroes with a beautiful performance” of the 1970s classic.

Pearce has previously shared how Parton inspired her career in country music. The Kentucky-born hummingbird artist was 16 years old when she moved to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, where she worked as a performer at Dollywood. She moved to Music City a few years later, and has since become known for “Every Little Thing,” “truck on fire,” “What He Didn’t Do,” “Never Wanted To Be That Girl” with Ashley McBryde, “we don’t fight anymore” with Chris Stapleton, and other singles throughout her career.
