Lauren Alaina shared the second part of her two-part nursery tour on Wednesday evening (July 9).
The āThose Kind Of Womenā artist picked up where she left off in the first video, which she shared on her social media accounts on Tuesday (July 8). Alaina shared the story behind a homemade blanket that was a gift from a young fan and her grandmother.
āThis is her crib, which Iām obsessed with,ā Alaina went on to point out. āYou know what the craziest thing about this crib is, I was very passionate that I wantedĀ a wooden crib with these rods on it, and my mom said itās almost identical to the crib that I was in when I was a baby.ā
The Georgia-born singer-songwriter noted a few sentimental items throughout the nursery, including stuffed animals gifted by family members (tucked neatly into a basket signed by legendary members of the Grand Ole Opry), a cardinal that symbolizes visits from a lost loved one, the couch where husband Cam Arnold sits to watch TV (Alaina and her daughter have ātaken overā the former āman caveā in the house to transform into the nursery, āso we let him keep the couch,ā she explained), and the babyās closet. Alaina said āthis girlās got more clothes than I do. My family went crazy⦠Sheās got quite the boot collection. Ready for her mommaās concerts any time.ā
Alaina previously shared sentimental stories behind her daughterās nursery, including decorative pieces and a furniture set the former American Idol contestantās grandmother bought when she was pregnant with Alainaās mother.
Alaina said her daughter is āabsolute perfectionā when she and her husband welcomed daughter Beni Doll ArnoldĀ on June 11. The new parents have since sharedĀ the sweet inspiration behind their babyās name. Watch the second part of Alainaās two-part nursery tour here, and watch the first part again below.
