Watch: Kelsea Ballerini Is Getting Married In Dramatic Sneak Peek

Kelsea Ballerini appears as a bride-to-be in her acting debut on the next episode of Doctor Odyssey. Ballerini shared the trailer for the soon-to-premiere episode on her Instagram story on Friday (November 1). Watch it here.

“When a wealthy family charters The Odyssey for a weeklong wedding cruise, all eyes are on the ‘bridezilla’ as she wreaks havoc on board,” reads the description of the episode, titled “I Always Cry At Weddings,” on IMDb. “Amid the chaos, love and lust manage to find their way through the air with sparks flying among the crew.”

Doctor Odyssey premiered in late September. The drama follows Max, played by Joshua Jackson, “the new on-board doctor for a luxury cruise ship where the small but mighty medical team navigate unique medical crises and each other, miles from shore.” Jon Robin Baitz, Joe Baken and Ryan Murphy created the show, which also stars Don Johnson and Phillipa Soo. Ballerini appears as a guest in her acting debut, and Shania Twain was also previously confirmed as a guest star before the series premiered. Ballerini gushed over “crossing guest star off the bucket list,” and “the utterly lovely kind and brilliant cast.”

Ballerini will appear in the new episode of Doctor Odyssey that premieres on Thursday, November 7 at 9 p.m. ET/8 o.m. CT on ABC. It will be available to stream the next day on Hulu. Ballerini’s debut as a guest star arrives shortly after she released her fifth studio album, Patterns. The singer-songwriter said she took a “beautiful and brutal look into myself and the people I love the most,” while making the record.
