Cody Johnson debuted all 13 new tracks on the deluxe edition of his latest studio album on Friday (November 1). Now spanning 25 tracks, Johnson’s Leather collection features hit singles “Dirt Cheap,” “The Painter,” and his highly-anticipated duet with Carrie Underwood, “I’m Gonna Love You.”
Johnson revealed the long-awaited release date of his deluxe album in late September. He made the surprise announcement on the same day he released the collaboration with Underwood, which he followed with another new track, “How Do You Sleep At Night?” The Trent Willmon-produced record arrives about a year after the original’s debut, and follows Human The Double Album (2021) and Ain’t Nothin’ To It (2019).

The 2024 CMA Award nominee confirmed earlier this year that he would release a deluxe edition of Leather, when he took the stage at the 2024 Country Radio Seminar (CRS) in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
