A car is dangling off the side of a parking lot in South Miami after crashing through the third floor concrete barrier wall.
Debris has fallen from there onto at least one parked vehicle on the street in the 1500 block of San Remo Ave near US-1.
At least one person has been extracted from the accident vehicle. No update has been released about that victim.
