Trump Force One is on the ground in Palm Beach County.
The former president's private jet arrived on Saturday night, after his rally with running mate JD Vance in Michigan.
Trump supporters gathering along Southern Boulevard greeted him on his way to Mar-a-Lago and were still waving their flags on Sunday, after news of President Biden getting out of the race.
"President Trump destroyed Biden in the debate. So it was not by surprise that President Trump is gonna win this election."
Other voters tell CBS 12 News they're disappointed that the Democrats didn't support Biden.
One woman was asked if they think the move helps or hurts Trump's chances in November.
"I do think Trump has a very strong backing right now because of obviously the assassination attempt and just the backing that he already had."
It was Trump's first time in Palm Beach since his assassination attempt.
The roadways around Mar-a-Lago are closed following that assassination attempt. The Town of Palm Beach says the U.S. Secret Service has ordered South Ocean Boulevard be shut down to through traffic between South County Road and Southern Boulevard until after the November election.
