Groundbreaking On Dadeland South Intermodal Transit Station

Miami-Dade's Mayor and other elected officials on hand this morning for groundbreaking on the Dadeland South Intermodal Station. Commissioner Raquel Regalado says the 66-million-dollar facelift, which should be completed by next Fall, will connect commuters to county's first-ever Bus Rapid Transit system. The station is over 40-years-old. The upgrades include enhanced connectivity, reliability, safety and parking. They're also putting up more canopies to shelter commuters from rain and sun.
