A new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Preventionfinds that three-fourths of you aren’t getting enough exercise. But of course, they had to rub a little salt in the wound by going state-by-state and pointing out which ones were the most, and least, active out there.
Colorado’s the gold standard as the most active state in the union (ironic considering the legal weed situation, no?), with New Hampshire and Washington, DC making a strong run, too. But then…there’s the other side. These thirteen states fare far below the average percentage of states in the physical activity department:
- Alabama
- Arkansas
- Florida
- Georgia
- Indiana
- Kentucky
- Mississippi
- New York
- Oklahoma
- South Carolina
- South Dakota
- Tennessee
- West Virginia
