Stacy Foster is too sleepy for a life of crime. The 39-year-old is accused of breaking into a home in Red House, West Virginia...and falling asleep. The homeowner, who didn't recognize Foster, found him sleeping shirtless in the bedroom and called police. Cops arrived, woke Foster up and arrested him.
