Jillian Cannan has been having an Amazon issue that’s the complete opposite of the usual “I never received my package” complaint. She’s been getting an overabundance of packages filed with mask brackets (!?) that she never ordered…we’re talking over 100 of them.
After going through the usual customer service drama – she was basically told everything was hers to keep. But how to stop it?
Cannan’s address was somehow added to another order's delivery information. After a lot of back and forth, and several LARGE freight-style packages delivered, she was finally removed.
To make lemons out of lemonade, she and her kids took the facemask brackets she’d gotten and donated them to a local hospital for a create-your-own-facemask kit that’ll come with the brackets, blank masks, and some crayons & stickers.
