Cops in York, Canada are out and on the lookout for a brazen guitar thief who apparently has really large pants!
A local music store north of the border says that someone made off with Gibson Custom 60th Anniversary ’59 Les Paul Standard that is valued at around $8,000. Somehow the culprit was able to manage hiding the robbery by shoving the guitar into his pants neck down, then hiding the rest of it under his coat... and simply walking out.
Once outside the store, a getaway driver was waiting for him, and they made their way off.
Cops are asking anyone who knows about the theft to contact them…and please…wipe the guitar off before returning it!
