If you're a store owner and someone robs your store, what do you do? Well, if the police have a picture of the suspect courtesy of video cameras, you might print up flyers of their face that ask "Who Is This?"
Unless you're a baker. And then you put the face on a bunch of cookies.

Kolp has been officially charged with the robbery and, of course, denies committing the crime. He is set to be in court later this month.
