You have a chance to grab the largest private island in the Bahamas. St. Andrews, also called Little Ragged Island, is going up for auction on March 26th, with opening bids estimated at $19.5 million.
The island boasts 730-acres of white sand beaches – that’s enough for an 18-hold golf course – views of the Atlantic ocean, more than 30,000 feet of shoreline, and is 10-minutes away from nearby Duncan Town by boat.
Due to the increased number of folks working from home, the demand for owning islands is apparently high. Haha. I'm just happy with a corner of my wife's craft room. Of course, if I had $19.5 million, maybe I'd be singing a different tune.
