Have you ever wondered about the homes you see in some of the classic holiday movies? “Good Morning America” did some digging to update us.
The “Home Alone” house is in Winnetka, Illinois and sold for $1.5 million in 2012. The dream home from the original “Miracle on 34th Street” is in Port Washington, new York and only has seven total rooms. And of course, the “A Christmas Story” house, as most people know, is a tourist attraction in Cleveland, Ohio.
The home from “National Lampoons Christmas Vacation” is one you’ll never really see. It’s part of a movie studio lot.
