Ultra Music Festival Not Refunding Tickets

THIS JUST IN: Ultra Music Festival organizers have shared that they will not be refunding ticket holders their money despite the festival being cancelled over Coronavirus concerns.

The festival sent an email out to their ticket holders with this information and shared that rather than refunding them, they will have access to either the 2021 or 2022 Ultra Music Festival.

The email read, "“ALL tickets purchased will of course remain valid and will be honored at either the 2021 or 2022 Ultra Miami event, at your option. You will have 30 days to choose which Ultra Miami event you want to attend. Additionally, we are also working to offer a digital online Ultra experience as soon as possible.”

More to come soon on what this online digital experience will entail.

Word broke last Wednesday evening that the festival would be "postponed" amid coronavirus concerns. This festival alongside Calle Ocho also in Miami and SXSW in Texas have been cancelled due to the outbreak.
