The delicious and extremely popular burger chain, Shake Shack, is coming to northern Palm Beach County! The new Shake Shack location is set to open in The Gardens Mall this Spring. It will be in the food court taking over the space right by the outside entrance where Sbarro used to be.
Shake Shack will be a quick service restaurant similar to Chipotle, Chick Fil A, and the other yummy food options in The Gardens Mall. Seating will be in the general area of the food court.
This will be the 14th Shake Shack location in Florida and only the second in Palm Beach County. The first being in University Commons in Boca Raton.
Not to worry, if you're sad about Shake Shack taking Sbarro's location. While Sbarro closed up shop on January 12th, we did read reports that they will be back soon in a new location next to Chop & Toss on the other side of the food court. California Pizza Kitchen, a sit down restaurant in the food court, is also under temporary closure, but will reopen again after a full remodel.
So there you have it! Pretty soon, when you're craving a burger, but your significant other wants pizza, you'll be able to have your cake and eat it too!
