These Buddies Played The Post Super Bowl Tonight Show

Justin Timberlake (the king of pop) and Chris Stapleton (Grammy-Award winning country singer) are a force to be reckoned with. This unlikely duo teamed up back in 2015 for the CMA Awards and shook up how we viewed a country-pop collaboration.

Since then, Timberlake and Stapleton have worked closely together including on the release of Timberlake's latest album, "Man of the Woods". Stapleton had a part in writing at least 3 of the songs on the record and is actually on the track and featured in the video for, "Say Something".

On top of this, Justin brought Chris out to perform with him for the live taping of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" from the Minneapolis' Orpheum Theatre last night.

Prior to The Tonight Show, Justin played the Super Bowl LII Half-Time Show. For both of these performances, fans wanted Justin to bring out a special guest. Suggestions for this guest were both Janet Jackson and NSYNC, but Chris ended up being the only invitee for the night.

Despite him not being the guest some fans were hoping for, we still think Chris Stapleton absolutely killed it last night. What do you think about the performance?
