Woman Gets Out Of Jail, Breaks Into Courthouse To Steal Girl Scout Cookies

A Kansas woman, who had just been released from jail hours earlier, was arrested inside the Sedgwick County Historic County Courthouse, eating stolen Girl Scout cookies and blaring Cardi B.

Authorities discovered Laura Christine Folau’s late-night caper when she pulled a fire alarm around 3 a.m. and drew the attention of courthouse security staff. Officers found her inside the courthouse rummaging through offices on the second and third floors. She was also chowing down on girl scout cookies and playing music by Cardi B. on a courthouse computer.

She was arrested at the scene and taken back to the county jail.
